We have started the fun journey of researching an animal from a selected habitat, creating a report, constructing a shoebox diorama, and sharing our findings with our classmates. Here are some safe links for students to collect information about their animals and see examples of animal habitat dioramas created by others students from around the world! Have fun!

Money, Money, Money
We have been learning how to solve problems using coins! Have your child start to count coins at home with you. If you are at a store and if your not in a rush, have your child help you count dollars and coins for the cashier. Here are some kid-friendly links I found for students to practice with money.

Amazing Animals
We have begun our new theme all about amazing animals! I will be trying my best to upload links, videos, and games for students to explore. Encourage them to check out books at your local library and learn more about animals including their habitat, adaptations, and resources. Here is a baby pig that doesn't have use of its hind legs- see how it gets around!
